- Perform cleaning tasks in various settings, including offices, commercial buildings, and residential properties
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

- Have reliable transportation to commute to client's home on time.
- Previous experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Strong customer service skills
- Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes is a plus
- Familiarity with cleaning products and usage
