Support Worker

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
- Encourage clients to engage in daily living and proper hygiene
- Record and report changes in the client's physical condition and mental condition as needed
- Assist with transferring/restoring clients to the bed or chair
- Prepare meals for clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as washing plates, laundry, and/or cleaning the house/community facility
- Launder items as needed
- Maintain house/community facility appearance and safety standards
- Knowledge of Toronto shelter standard
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Diploma PSW,DSW, CSW, SSW
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Valid CPR/First Aid, CPI, Safe Management, Pharmacology, and Food Handling certification.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
