Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Daycare Supervisor to join our dynamic team for Toronto location.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and oversee the daily operations of our daycare facility, ensuring a safe and enriching environment for children.

Mentor, guide, and support daycare staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.

Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that promotes children's cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.

Maintain strong communication channels with parents, addressing their concerns, and providing regular updates on their child's progress.

Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and company policies, while upholding the highest standards of health and safety.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a daycare or childcare setting.

Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators.

In-depth knowledge of early childhood education principles, child development, and curriculum planning.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Strong organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and maintain a well-run facility.

Valid First Aid and CPR certification.

Familiarity with local licensing regulations and requirements.

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
