**Basic Function**:
Responsible for providing excellence in patient services in our retail clinics including knowledgeable bookings, creating a positive first point of contact and efficiently processing paperwork. Responsible for office administration of the retail clinics including phones, filing, cycle counting, and computer processing. Responsible for having solid product knowledge and fitting of soft goods. Assisting the Clinical Supervisor with special projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating a positive first point of contact for patients whether it be phone or in person
- Efficiently booking patients to optimize clinical time.
- Presenting strong customer service skills in all situations.
- Thorough understanding of product offerings
- Effectively and efficiently organizes priorities and activities.
- Administrative support for the clinical team.
- Accurate biweekly cycle counting
- Assists with best practice development and communication associated with the efficiency and success of the retail clinic
- Consistently maintains a high level of output according to established productivity standards.
- Proficient in all clinic operating systems (i.e. CRM, Navision, Microsoft Office).
- Carries out special projects with determination and accuracy.
- Maintains an acceptable level of technical competency, 90% or above.
- Is proactive in cost containment.
- Seeks out & willing to accept feedback.
- Performs other duties as required
- Maintains a professional image and demeanor consistent with the image of Össur.
- Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
- Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of company data including new product information, marketing strategies, discount programs, pricing information and other business proprietary information.
- Adheres to Company Core Values - Honesty - Frugality - Courage.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in health and wellness, preferably in bracing and supports.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in utilization of Excel, PowerPoint, Navision & Outlook.

**General**:

- Maintains a clean and tidy, well-organized workplace.
- Exercises good use of company funds and property within the set guidelines. Maintains an honest and professional attitude as the company’s representative at all times.
- Contributes to a safe working environment by maintaining own workspace and reporting any potential hazards.
- General travel as required for work.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
