Langley, Canada Sealtec Industries Full time

**Sealtec Industries is looking to hire qualified asphalt maintenance workers for our 2024 season**

Applicants must be able to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends & willingness to travel. This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy winters on the mountains as our season is typically run from April - September depending on weather. Crack sealing experience is not necessary to apply

**Road maintenance worker duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Working outdoors
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Working around equipment
- Ability to work with a group of people and can interact on a friendly and professional basis with other employees and customers
- On time and able to work 9-11 hours daily
- Must comply to Sealtec safe work procedures and on the job training
- Punctual and Mature

**Qualifications**:

- Valid class 5 driver's license with the ability to drive safely
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team orientated
- Must have own steel toed boots
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
