**Job Summary**
We have an opportunity for a hearing clinic customer care representative to join our team on Salt Spring Island. As an integral member of the team, you will manage the patient process by maintaining patient files, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and implementing cash management requirements. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage incoming calls and answer product inquiries.
- Collect and record patient information.
- Maintain an organized schedule and conduct effective phone follow-ups to re-schedule appointments.
- Compile reports and effectively use data entry system.
- Maintain basic knowledge of hearing aid technology, perform basic hearing device cleaning functions.
- Maintain knowledge of assistive listening devices in order to demonstrate and recommend appropriate products.
- Follow established procedures for cash management, clinic supplies, maintenance, and mail handling.
You will be:
- Well-organized, efficient, and able to effectively multi-task;
- Proficient on the computer;
- Previous hearing clinic experience is preferred.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
