- Act as a specialist in electromechanics;
- Improve the reliability of existing systems;
- Perform all required repairs and preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, thermal, electrical, control and production equipment;
- Read blueprints;
- Carry out the necessary repairs to buildings and auxiliary systems;
- Perform inspections of various equipment (machines, buildings);
- Ensure that electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, thermal and mechanical equipment is safe at all times;
- Participate, in collaboration with his superior, in the development and follow-up of the preventive and predictive maintenance plan;
- Work in collaboration with various trade shifts during large-scale work;
- Participate in the planning of machine shutdowns with the coordinator;
- Promote communication between team members and work to maintain and/or improve team spirit;
- Ensure that the work is done in a healthy and safe manner;
- Work in conjunction with the IT Guide maintenance software;
- Respond to service calls

THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

**THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**Your background**:

- Diploma in electromechanics of automated systems (DEP);
- And/or
- DEC in industrial maintenance;
- And/or
- Cumulative of two DVS (related to the field);
- And/or
- AEP in electromechanics.

**Your knowledge**:

- Understanding and interpretation of various common plant systems;
- Knowledge of French, both oral and written;
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment;
- English (an asset);
- Experience in a manufacturing plant (an asset).

**Your know-how and your interpersonal skills**:

**Details of your position**:

- Schedule: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am Monday through Friday with occasional variations depending on work schedule and production emergencies;
- Work with various trades;
- May be called upon to work outside;
- Work with the help of a computer;
- Wear safety glasses and safety boots at all times;
- Dusty, dirty work environment;
- Occasional exposure to bitumen fumes or vapors;
- Availability according to the defined schedule to respond to service calls on machines;
- Driver’s license required.

**Physical demands of your position**:

- The work will require presence on machines and sometimes at height;
- It is possible to work outside in variable weather conditions;
- Frequent handling of loads.
