**Educational Tours Sales Team Support - 3 Month Contract**
**EF Educational Tours**
**Entry Level, **Part Time** (16-20 hours/week)
**Starting Date**: Feb/March 2024
**Location**:Toronto, ON _(We are ideally looking for someone able to be present in our Toronto office 2x a week, on Tuesdays & Thursdays)_ This is _not a remote role.)_
- EF Educational Tours helps teachers change their students’ lives through educational travel. And frankly, EF does student travel better than anyone else. EF itineraries are more than just places to go and things to see. Experiential learning has been at the heart of our programs since the company started, which allows us to spark connections and inspire curiosity, confidence, and self-awareness in teachers and students from across Canada. Our mission is to open the world through education - by helping people see new places, experience new cultures, and learn new things about the world and about themselves.
- When you work with the Educational Tours Sales team here at EF, you play a vital role in fulfilling our company mission: Opening the World Through Education. Our sales team works to connect with teachers from across Canada to help them share the transformative experience of educational travel with as many students as possible. To make sure we do that, we need YOU- In this role, you’ll be involved in helping the team find new teachers in schools we don’t currently partner with, who can bring these lifechanging experiences to their students. You’ll be searching school websites and compiling contact information about teachers into a database for our sales team to connect with. Every student in Canada deserves an opportunity to grow through educational travel and we need to find those teachers who can make it happen. Think of yourself as a facilitator of dreams**The Role**:

- We'll be counting on you to:
Manage and complete multiple high-priority responsibilities on a daily basis.
- Know when to ask questions in order to ensure tasks are done with a high attention to detail.
.But also be able to work independently, make decisions confidently and self-manage - efficiency is a must.
- Be willing to enthusiastically take on new projects at any time - this role is a new team support role, so tasks and priorities may change and evolve as time passes.**Who You Are**:- Have extremely accurate attention to detail - you never miss a thing
- Are always going above and beyond - it is the only way to do things
- Are motivated by a fast-paced and busy environment
- Get a thrill from checking items off your to-do list- Have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Don’t subscribe to the phrase, “That’s not my job.”
- Have some past experience in data entry, administration, or task board maintenance
- Are currently legally authorized to work in Canada
