**Reports To**
The Paint Line Partner will report to the Coordinating Partner, Fabrication.
**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Adhere to strict color specifications and match existing finishes
- Inspect and repair surfaces prior to painting to ensure a smooth and flawless finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and handle hazardous materials appropriately
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Participate in the Trakstar performance review process on a bi-annual basis
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
**Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience in painting and surface finishing
- Proven ability to work in a team environment.
Specific Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of quality
Personal Characteristics:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certifications or Licenses:
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
Physical Abilities:
- The constant use of PPE on the paint line
- Possible exposure to paint fumes throughout the day
- Physical ability to perform repetitive motions and lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
