Verazo is a fashion label dedicated to empowering local talent and creating unique designs. Our goal is to provide customers with one of a kind, high quality apparel that showcases local artistic talent. Our designs are created with a passion for fashion and skillful craftsmanship in mind. We are committed to providing our customers with a unique experience and exceptional quality in all of our garments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop new designs for clothing products, including t-shirts, hoodies.
- Collaborate with our in-house team to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and standards.
- Work closely with our production team to ensure designs are properly translated into final products.
- Participate in the production process to ensure all designs meet quality standards.
- Manage design projects from concept to final product, ensuring that designs are completed on time and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in fine arts, graphic design, or a related field is a bonus.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in art or related creative fields.
- Strong artistic skills and the ability to create visually appealing designs.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus.

Compensation/Benefits:

- Part-time job with potential to become full-time, 20 hours/week.
- Pay range $18-$25/hour.
- Sales-based commission available.
- Monthly self-development/learning budget.
- Mentorship.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
