BECC Modular is a rapidly growing volumetric modular design build company, focused on building various modular buildings, from small scale shelters and institutional buildings to large scale affordable multi-residential housing projects across Ontario. With numerous projects won and more on the way, we are building our Construction & Management Team to be the first in hand to see our buildings come to life.
Looking for skilled construction workers that are tired of traveling to different sites all over Ontario. Enjoy working in our climate-controlled facility in a convenient location minutes from the 403.
Enjoy 10 hour shifts 4 days a week.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Material handling and kitting of production parts, banding and packaging parts to be shipped.
- Read and understand job specifications and build as laid out in them.
- Promote a culture of quality across the organization
- Ability to properly use required hand tools, power tools, hoists cranes, measuring devices and testing equipment.
- Ensure that daily tasks are done in accordance with the BECC’s SOP’s.
- Inspect and maintain the work area and tools machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift.
- Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions.
- Responsible to ensure housekeeping is throughout the task you are preforming.
- Ability to work at heights, using step ladder, scissor lift, telescopic boom, etc

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with power tools is a must.
- Experience working with machinery, have the ability and willingness to learn working on new machines
- Experience with forklift is an asset.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and calibrated measuring tools an asset.
- Experience and knowledge of the applicable safety standards with respect to automated equipment.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written); able to read and comprehend instructions well.
- Able to follow directions accurately.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, understanding the need for urgency to meet production schedules.
- Ability to understand and adhere to BECC tolerances.
- Ability to successfully engage and interact with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills and knowledge of basic hand tools and automated machinery and proper use
