Our team is in search of a dynamic, personable Wildlife Management individual to be the of the field crew.

You should be happy working outdoors, be savvy with your hands, practically minded, have an upbeat attitude, and a strong work ethic.

We value those that can think outside the box, come up with new ideas and disrupt the way the industry normally operates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help wildlife proof structures - everything from mom & pop to exclusive island ventures
- Service premium clients on an ongoing basis for wildlife & rodent control - no poisons
- Explain procedures to clients as to how we differ - we really are the best & you won’t be doing any selling
- Taking pride in providing exceptional craftsmanship & showcasing our company work as a structural investment
- Take initiative & work in a team environment
- Competent with power drills - don’t cut off your finger
- Good at heights and not peeing your pants on a step ladder
- Comfortable with physical labor and still be chirpy in the rain

**Core Competencies/Requirements (the boring stuff)**:

- No experience is needed - we want to train you
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of building and structural systems
- Experience in construction, repair, and skilled trades
- Clean driving record
- Ability to interpret and engage in technical materials and deliverables
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

**Pay**: Training salary to reflect transition period with remuneration increase as the responsibilities and position is fulfilled.

**Salary**: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
