This position is a 40% temporary position (32 hours bi-weekly),schedule to be discussed.

Under supervision of the Support Services Manager, the Maintenance Worker will be responsible to provide a variety of routine building/equipment inspections and maintenance functions to maintain and improve the appearance and safety of the facility, while contributing and fostering to a home like environment.

All tasks/responsibilities are to be approached in the spirit of teamwork within and among other departments, to ensure cooperation and completion in an efficient and safe manner.
