**Duties and Responsibilities**

Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and washing floors (by hand in bathrooms).

Scrubbing and sanitizing surfaces including grout, tiles, toilets, tubs, and showers.

Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and other dusty surfaces.

Detailing kitchens and bathrooms until they sparkle.

Making beds and fluffing pillows.

**Requirements**:

- A LOVE FOR CLEANING
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to stand, sit, crouch, and kneel for long periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Able to push, pull, and work above your head.
- Able to climb multiple flights of stairs.
- Available Monday to Friday daytime (on an as-needed basis) and occasional Sundays.
- Polite disposition and positive attitude.
- Neat, clean, professional appearance.
- Able to problem-solve.
- Current driver’s license.
- Reliable and insured vehicle, willingness to travel within Central Alberta.
- Able to provide a clean criminal record check.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Working cell phone with data.
- Social media savviness is a BONUS.
