**Requirements**:
Level 2 General Insurance License
4+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry
Ability to plan and manage at the operational, branch level

Prepare to motivate, develop and inspire a high performing team where you will support with career development, coaching and training.
You’ll maximize resources through effective scheduling and be the Resident Technical and Process Expert
You’ll build and maintain positive client, employee and dealer relationships
You’ll manage sales, retention and service needs of clients, balancing between Insurance Advisor and Supervisor duties as appropriate
You’ll conduct professional, quarterly performance reviews with all direct reports
You’ll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documents and funds
You’ll handle and resolve client and dealership concerns in a positive proactive fashion
You’ll lead the continuous improvement, organization and efficiency of the branch

Department Account Management & Service
