O2E Brands is looking for an exceptional Finance Operation Manager to join the team. You will be overseeing finance operations functions, along with managing a team of junior accounting professionals (AP & AR).

You are detail oriented, organized, possess strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.

For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.

A Day in the Life:

- Assist with interim and year-end audit responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of AR and AP functions including regularly reviewing Aged AR/AP Listing
- Ensure AR/AP EFT’s are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide guidance to the AR and AP team in handling complex customer and vendor inquiries
- Assist with documentation of all relevant finance operation functions
- Help ensure adequate controls are in place
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Assist with tasks relating to Netsuite implementation as needed
- Support Assistant Controller with ad-hoc projects as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

- 5+ years of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Designated or soon-to-be-designated CPA is an asset
- Solid understanding of ASPE, US GAAP/IFRS
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed oriented and well organized
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently and meet strict deadlines
- Great leadership to supervise and motivate direct reports
- Knowledge and experience in Great Plains and Netsuite is an asset
- Experience in Netsuite implementation is an asset
