- Want to help children aged 3-5 have fun interacting with their peers and learning routines to help prepare them for Kindergarten and get socialized?_

The Williamsburg Community Association (WCA) is looking for an Instructor for our Little
Learners Day Program.

The WCA is looking for an Instructor who is organized, motivated, reliable and interested in helping this program to be a great success and grow back to 5 days a week.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Offering a safe and enjoyable morning for our preschool aged participants
- Guiding, managing behaviours and interacting positively with the participants to make it a welcoming and inclusive environment for all
- Provide safe and age appropriate activities for the participants (supplies provided)
- Provide a structured and predictable morning with a variety of activities for the participants
- Report any issues to the WCA
- work with program volunteers and placement students as they assist you

**Qualifications**:

- Must have an ECE Diploma
- Experience with children aged 1-4
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Police check required upon offer of contract position

How to apply:
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kitchener, ON N2E 4H9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- ECE Diploma (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2023-09-18
