Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled RASP Cetified Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will Supervise our Speech Language Pathologists via ZOOM in a clinic setting, specializing in pediatrics and Autism. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and oversight to our Speech Pathologists in assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and language disorders in children under 6. **Duties**:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders in children alongside our Speech Pathologists.
- Supervise our Speech Pathologists for 12 direct hours and 29 indirect hours over a year.
- Supervise the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on our Speech Pathologist's evaluation results.
- Oversee the therapy plan and weekly sessions of clients under 6
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate the Speech Pathologist, patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current with advancements in speech pathology research and techniques

**Experience**:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Provincial certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- RASP Certified
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to speech pathology
- Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders, early intervention, Pediatric Speech and Autism.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
