**The Opportunity**

As a **Brake & Shear Operator **in our facility, you are motivated and energetic and work well in a team environment. You have strong versatility and the ability to learn/operate machinery such as, brakes, shears, saws and punches.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Setting up machines form daily use
- Maintaining equipment and machinery so they run effectively and safely
- Reads and interprets drawings, to determine specifications
- Works safely as per company policies

**Skills and Requirements**
- Previous experience as a machine operator
- Working knowledge of diverse machinery and measurement tools
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Mechanical dexterity, math and measuring skills
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
