**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of diploma from an accredited post-secondary rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program or equivalent training may be considered.

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
You have strong communication and organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to work in an interdisciplinary team. You demonstrate excellent observation, organization, and communication skills. You can communicate findings in a concise and accurate manner. You have strong problem solving and interpersonal skills. CPR required -BLS for Health Care Providers Level C. Physically capable of carrying out this role which deals with heavy and complex patients and may involve transfers, mobility, and some transfers.
