**Job Overview**:
As a Material Handler / Order Picker in our coffee roasting company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient handling of materials and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality products to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Retrieve raw coffee beans, packaging materials, and other supplies from inventory based on production and customer order requirements.
- Prepare and package customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that the correct quantities and types of coffee beans are selected.
- Label and organize packaged orders for shipment, following established procedures to maintain order accuracy and traceability.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving incoming shipments of raw materials and tracking inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring that materials are stored properly.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order tracking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.10-$25.30 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
