**Job Type**: Part-Time/Full-Time (1-Year Contract, with the possibility of extension)

**Rate**: $40 - $50 per hour

Pro-line Soccer Academy is committed to developing high-level soccer players and preparing them for professional careers. Our Elite Programs are designed to offer advanced training and competition opportunities, and we are looking for a qualified **Goalkeeper Coach** to join our coaching team and train the goalkeepers of our elite squads.

**Position Overview**:
The Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for overseeing the development and training of goalkeepers within the Elite Programs. This role requires an experienced coach with relevant coaching licenses and expertise in preparing players to compete at the highest levels. The position is available on a part-time or full-time basis for a one-year contract, with the potential for extension and the opportunity to transition into a salaried role based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, design, and deliver specialized goalkeeper training sessions for players in the Elite Programs.
- Develop and implement training strategies that enhance goalkeeper skills, including shot-stopping, positioning, decision-making, and distribution.
- Collaborate with the head coach and other staff to align goalkeeper training with the broader team objectives.
- Provide regular feedback and progress reports to players to track development and improvement.
- Monitor player performance during training and games, adjusting training as necessary to meet individual needs.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performance training environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid goalkeeper coaching licenses (e.g., UEFA B, NSCAA Goalkeeping Certification, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience coaching goalkeepers, preferably within elite or competitive programs.
- Strong knowledge of modern goalkeeper training techniques and player development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on team schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire players.
- A passion for soccer and a commitment to developing top-level goalkeepers.

**Contract Details**:

- 1-year contract, with the possibility of extension.
- Hourly rate of $40-$50, depending on experience.
- Potential for transitioning to a full-time salaried position based on performance and academy needs.
