**Job Overview**:
Annual Salary: 95,000 - 120,000
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Familiarization with all company and project specific HSES terms, requirements and project deliverables.
- Working knowledge and implementation / operation of the Permit to Work system.
- Carry out nightshift monitoring for noise and lighting levels to ensure compliance with regulations / permits
- Regular field inspections / audits of the Permit to Work safe operation.
- Identification of applicable regulatory requirements specific to the scope of work including monitoring compliance.
- Ensuring HSES plans, procedures and instructions are implemented.
- Facilitation of project HAZID’s and other risk reviews
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of Project Risk Register and Corrective Action Tracking
- Assist in HSES Prequalification of project subcontractors and vendors as applicable.
- Assist in preparation of project HSES audit plans and conducting of audits on nightshift.
- Conducting reviews and audits, of project sites and facilities on nightshift
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of Project HSES Activity Plans
- Assist in the initiation of HSES training needs analysis and coordination of implementation.
- Provide SME support to company QHSES training department to include development and delivery.
- Overseeing developed plans to meet project Objectives, Targets and Goals aligned to the Area.
- Leading or participating as SME in Incident Investigations and reporting as applicable.
- Assist in the Review/Approval of subcontractors and vendors for equipment and services.
- Conduct regular site and or facility reviews.
- Other duties connected with the HSES function, as directed by Supervisor or Manager, HSES
**Essential Qualifications & Education**:
- 5 + years within the Energy Industry through all phases of EPCI project delivery
- Functional, business, industry, and supervisory expertise.
- Ability to work as a team member as well as act as team leader.
- Have wide experience with technical activities, including on and offshore operations.
- Maintain key competencies associated with the HSES function.
- Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
- Be conversant with local and international HSES laws, codes, regulations, and norms.
