**Position Summary**:
The AZ Driver will facilitate shipping and delivery activities and drive quality, productivity, and safety while reporting to the department Supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive and operate a commercial truck with patented lift mechanisms to load and unload skids at customer locations in a safe manner following internal protocols, training procedures, and customer rules.
- Perform and log daily pre and post-trip inspections of commercial vehicles and lift
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers upon each delivery
- Ensure deliveries are completed according to the schedule
- Maintain cleanliness of truck keeping it free from the debris inside and out
- Analyzes current and established procedures and make suggestions to the supervisor on process improvements
- Adhere to and enforce safety procedures during every aspect of the role
- Partner with the Department Supervisor to provide status updates and progress reports as needed
- Other tasks as required

- Reliable and strong team player collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, loading and unloading vehicle
- Ability to operate the vehicle effectively and safely
- Ability to work overtime when required

**Education & Experience**:

- Valid AZ or DZ driver's license
- Proven record of safe driving performance
- Letter of experience (LOE) for an insurance company with a minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy vehicle with no claims
- 3+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment, windows and doors experience is considered an asset
