**Job Opportunity: Part-Time Leasing Agent**

**Location**: Truro, Nova Scotia

**Hours**: 4-6 hours per week

Split Rock Properties is seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to assist with open houses and private showings for a new construction rental building. This role is perfect for a professional or mature student who can commit to early evenings and one weekend day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct open houses and private showings of rental units
- Provide information about the property and answer questions
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere during showings

**Requirements**:

- Availability during early evenings and one weekend day
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
