Hamilton, Canada Hamilton Mobile Wash Full time

Hamilton Mobile Wash is seeking experienced and reliable Mobile Pressure Washer to join our team. Our pressure washing crew members are physically fit, agile, and capable of working in various weather conditions. They are detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to safety.

As a Pressure Washer, you will clean trailers, trucks, heavy equipment, building exteriors, walkways, parking lots, and parking garages. You will work closely with your team under the direction of a Lead Truck Operator, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and efficiently. Flexibility in adapting to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous pressure washing experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, nights, and weekends.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
- Must reside in the Hamilton area and able to commute to job site.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Experience in industrial settings is an asset.
- Health and safety oriented, adhering to Ontario Health & Safety Act guidelines.
- WHMIS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrive at work sites on time with all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed rubber boots, hearing and eye protection, and High VIS vests.
- Participate in pre-job meetings led by the Lead Operator to clarify the approach to each job.
- Assist in setting up hoses, caution tape, safety cones, and other necessary equipment.
- Prepare wands, surface cleaners, and other tools.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the HMW policy of "3-2-1 Then You Use the Gun" as outlined in the truck binder.
- Support co-workers by moving hoses and keeping work areas organized.
- Clean and rewind hoses, maintain equipment, and ensure all tools are returned to the truck at the end of each shift.
- Leave job sites clean and clear of debris.
- Maintain respectful interactions with customers and refer any concerns to the Lead Operator.
