**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential or commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure that all rooms are neat and clean, paying close attention to detail in every space.
- Occasionally move light furniture or equipment during cleaning processes as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management of any shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.

**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks thoroughly.
- Hardworking and dependable, with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to commute reliably to clients' homes.
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
