Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of project management methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between team members, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and any changes or updates
- Support the implementation of project management methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues or risks that may impact project success
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, and action items
- Conduct quality management activities to ensure project deliverables meet established standards
- Utilize project management software tools, such as Confluence or SAS, to track and manage project tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management software tools is preferred

Pay: $35,227.92-$63,490.18 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
