**Logistics Coordinator**:
- Manage all Finished Goods movement and inventories
- Complete appropriate logistic documentation and record-keeping
- Regulatory compliance with all export activity (FDA and cross border clearance)
- Monthly inventory counts, recording and reconciliation
- Handle Finished Goods inventory management and inventory database maintenance
- Set up customer pick-up appointments and inbound and outbound delivery appointments
- Ensure smooth operational running of production needs
- Handle purchase order documents, waybills and goods receivable documents based on BRC and GMP
- Keep inventory, sales and purchase track record of products
- Responsible for making daily receiving documents, as well as customers’ bill of landing documents
- Work with selected Freight forwarders, negotiating rates and contracts
- Work with the Sales team providing shipping and freight forwarding quotations
- Archive and keep the organized work station
- Maintain a proper level of Chep skids inventory, controlling its movement and costs through the Chep website
- Other duties as assigned including training to cover temporary absences of other staff
**Critical Requirements**
- Must be in a similar role
- Minimum 5 years of logistics experience
- Experienced in a manufacturing environment (food highly preferred)
- Degree preferred or production management education background
