Job Summary
- To facilitate the smooth operation of the Chelsea Hotel’s Parking Garage and ensure that such services is provided in keeping with guest services practices and policies.
Requirement
- **_Principal Responsibilities_***

- Obtain payments for garage use from both guest and non-guests.
Ensure that both guest passes have been posted appropriately.
Answer any guest questions or direct them to someone that can assist them. Ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Service given meets and/or exceeds the guest service standards of the Chelsea Hotel.

- Maintain float per the Hotel’s Bank Agreement.
Monitor garage entrance and exit equipment in addition to the equipment in the Attendant Booths and inform the Maintenance department if there is a problem with equipment or repairs required.
Maintain supplies in the garage areas and order as required.
Complete a revenue report at the completion of each shift.

- Open communication with Managers and Security to report challenges or issues.

- Be fully up-to-date on garage operational procedures as well as rules and regulations.
Complete all tasks in accordance with practices and policies of the Chelsea Hotel.
Safe and effective use of equipment.
Adhere to and comply with all safety regulations including handling hazardous materials according to MSDS.
Be fully aware of Fire and Emergency Procedures.
Follow Chelsea Hotel grooming policy.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Management

Previous Guest Service experience an asset.

Be able to work effectively on a team as well as independently.
- Strong work ethic.
- Basic mathematic skills.
- **_Languages_**

Fluent in English.
- **_Physical Requirements_**
**_ _**
Able to stand/sit for long periods of time.
- Able to lift and bend.
- Able to work in a small, enclosed environment (Cashier Booth )
