We are looking for an experienced **Production Supervisor** to join the DROP Sprockets team

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure assigned tasks meet applicable safety standards, production specifications, and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks by inspecting and measuring finished products to evaluate overall performance, reliability, and safety.
- Support team members regarding hazard identification and ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
- Liaise with Manufacturing and Engineering Leads to ensure scheduling needs are met and obtain correct information to properly complete day-to-day tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability, able to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent knowledge and experience with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Ability to interpret blueprints and mechanical designs and instruct production works as required.
- Supervisory experience is considered an asset.
- Comfortable using new software and technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry or product-related experience.
- Shift schedule flexibility, including rotating weekend shift work.

**Salary**: $31.00-$40.00 per hour
