**The Role**:

- Scanning and inputting of confidential personal tax information into a data base;
- Performing a validation process of ensuring that the tax forms have been populated/downloaded accurately and that the supporting documents are organized and complete;
- Assembling and tracking personal tax packages;
- Ensuring all supporting information is complete, neat and accurately assembled; and
- Filing information electronically and maintaining a database.

This contract position is located out of our Belleville office, and the approximate time frame will be March 1, 2025 to May 5, 2025 with the possibility of extension.
- High school or college diploma;
- Knowledge and working experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel;
- Excellent attention to detail required;
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills - be able to multi-task assignments and ensure deadlines are met;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
- Must be able to work overtime and help out on weekends when required;
- Previous experience scanning is considered an asset; and
- Previous office or accounting/bookkeeping experience is considered an asset.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
