**Building Superintendent/ Maintenance**

**What does a building superintendent/maintenance do?**
- Maintenance requests on residents’ units;
- Small plumbing, small electrical, drywall patching, small carpentry;
- Changing out garbage bags outside and upkeep of office area and laundry;
- Unit inspections with management.

**Salary information: $21.00 - $23.50 per hour (Salary is dependent on experience and performance).**
- Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: Ability on drywalling, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, carpentry._

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.50 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- building maintenance: 4 years (required)
- Handyman: 4 years (required)
