Votre rôle impliquera également de collaborer à divers projets portant sur l’amélioration continue et l’assurance qualité.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes
- Participer au développement continu des meilleures pratiques de gestion de l’invalidité, à travers notre programme d’assurance qualité
- Développer, implanter et coordonner des processus intégrés, entre nos formateurs, nos auditeurs et nos équipes opérationnelles, en matière d’assurance qualité
- En collaboration avec les différents secteurs corporatifs, assurer la coordination des diverses mesures de contrôles pour la Vice-présidence visant à respecter les lois et règlements, les règles de gouvernance entourant la conformité, la gestion des risques, la sécurité de l’information, la protection des renseignements personnels et la prévention de la fraude
- Collaborer à l’élaboration, la révision et la mise en place des pratiques, critères et outils d’audits avec l’équipe responsable des audits
- Assurer le suivi des lignes directrices concernant les saines pratiques commerciales et le traitement équitable du consommateur, tel que défini par l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) et du Conseil canadien responsable de la réglementation d’assurance (CCRRA)
- Recommander des mesures d’amélioration et des correctifs découlant des écarts observés
- Élaborer, mettre en œuvre et suivre les plans d’action découlant des améliorations souhaitées, avec les équipes opérationnelles
- Élaborer et suivre les plans d’action découlant des écarts observés dans la gestion des mesures de contrôles et des résultats des audits;
- Coordonner les audits effectués par les vérificateurs internes et externes ou tout audit effectué par une ressource externe à Beneva et assurer le suivi des recommandations, auprès des parties prenantes
- Développer des mécanismes/rapports favorisant le partage des constats/résultats aux équipes opérationnelles, en matière d’assurance qualité

Vos talents et qualifications
- Détenir un baccalauréat en administration ou toutes expériences pertinentes.
- Cumuler un minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience en gestion d’invalidité.
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux relatifs à l’assurance invalidité et aux activités de développement des compétences, à la qualité et à l’excellence des pratiques.
- Maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office et compétence à œuvrer dans un environnement numérisé.
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue française, parlée et écrite
- Maîtrise la langue anglaise parlée et écrite
- Aptitudes pour la coordination d’activités reliées aux mandats en lien avec la description des tâches
