**Responsibilities**:
Les tâches et les responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à ce qui suivent:

- Fournir le leadership et la direction au personnel dans le traitement des problèmes et l'exécution de leurs tâches quotidiennes;
- Fournir en temps opportun des commentaires honnêtes et constructifs portant sur le rendement, reconnaître et récompenser les accomplissements des membres de l'équipe, et développer le plein potentiel des employés;
- Soutenir le directeur financier avec les rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels, ainsi qu'avec le procédé budgétaire;
- Gérer les contrôles financiers et les procédures de la comptabilité;
- Préparer les rapports financiers et les données d'analyse financière;
- Gérer les transactions financières;
- Surveiller et contrôler les liquidités;
- Mener le procédé annuel de vérification financière;
- Évaluer et assister à la gestion du risque;
- Assurer la complétion précise et en temps opportun des responsabilités de fermeture du registre général mensuel pour les entités corporatives, comprenant la préparation des entrées au journal de bord, et la réconciliation et analyse de comptes;
- Communiquer avec les parties prenantes externes afin d'assurer le bon compte rendu à des fins bancaires, d'assurance, légales et de clientèle;
- Préparer les rapports mensuels destinés aux institutions financières portant sur les marges et assurer que les engagements financiers sont respectés;
- Fournir l'analyse de variance pour le revenu, et les dépenses générale et d'entreprise sur une base mensuelle comparativement au budget;
- Apporter un soutien aux cas de remise et de conformité aux taxes;
- Participer à l'élaboration du budget, aux prévisions des prochaines liquidités de l'organisation, et déterminer les investissements et dépenses à venir;
- Travailler de concert avec les autres services de l'organisation dans le but de créer des solutions efficaces servant à simplifier, normaliser et automatiser les procédés (là où il est possible et pertinent de le faire).

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine pertinent;
- Titre professionnel en comptabilité (CPA ou titre d'origine);
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience à titre de gestionnaire financier principal;
- Expérience pertinente en éprouvée en matière de leadership et de gestion d'équipe;
- Capacité d'atteindre les cibles et objectifs en confiant les tâches et en gérant les équipes;
- Expérience dans l'établissement et l'entretien de relations avec les parties prenantes internes;
- Excellentes habiletés de communication verbales et écrites, en français et en anglais;
- Expérience dans un rôle de leader ou d'importance dans le développement et l'implantation d'un plan de modernisation des systèmes de comptabilité et procédés commerciaux connexes;
