Custodial Contract Opportunity

Onoway, Canada Northern Gateway Public Schools Full time

**Applications are requested for the care-taking of **the Onoway Elementary Schoolin the Town of Onoway Alberta. The contract will commence **October 1, 2023.**

The contractor will:

- provide his/her own equipment and cleaning supplies (paper products, garbage bags, ice melt and hand soap are supplied);
- be responsible for general custodial services, minor repairs and minor grounds maintenance, including sidewalk snow removal in minor areas;
- provide liability/bond/key insurance;
- provide WCB coverage, and
- provide you Health and Safety Plan
- provide records of staff training
- provide current criminal record check within three (3) months for the contract holder and all employees, prior to the starting date of the Contract.

Onoway Elementary School is a grade K-7 school with a total of 4638.8 sq. meters. The current total Contract price is $90,224.66 ($19.45/ sq m2) including sidewalk cleaning. GST is extra. This amount will be pro-rated based on 9 months.
