**Radio Hardware Test Manager / Be apart of a flex work environment**

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in pre-study and early-phase project meetings for new multi-standard radio products and evaluate radio performance verification coverage needs
- Develop the hardware test strategy and implementation plan
- Identify, track, and manage hardware performance test coverage needs, project risks and knowledge gaps and document them in Early Estimation Forum document
- Knowledge transfer to the I&V project manager for execution of the hardware test strategy
- Build on knowledge from past projects to continuously improve our test coverage while minimizing test time

**Key Qualifications**:

- Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years HW development or verification experience
- Good time management, prioritization and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
