We are a growing organization and currently looking for a passionate and motivated** Systems Specialist
- SharePoint & Process Automation **to join our winning team.

**Reports To**: Director, Information Management & Corporate Solutions

**Office/Facility**: Walker Facility - Brampton, ON

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support existing SharePoint, RPA, O365, batch jobs and run schedules.
- Explore automation and cloud opportunities internally.
- Design and development as required, i.e. coding in SharePoint, RPA,.NET, C#, scripting etc.
- Participate in other initiatives as required.
- Provide training and follow-up support to end users.
- Participates in other initiatives, projects and duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with business and IT partners in transforming business processes with robotic automation tools.
- Research and identify potential AI, automation, and analytical tools that VersaCold can leverage to gain a competitive advantage.
- Experimenting with data mining on structured and un-structured large data sources to provide information for business opportunities, anomaly detection and alerts, decision making, machine learning, and metrics retrieval.
- Provide training and follow-up support to end users.
- Participates in other initiatives, projects and duties as assigned.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**

**Experience**:

- Equivalent to a period up to and including 3 to 5 years

**Education/Certifications**:

- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Any combination of relevant Microsoft certifications, SharePoint, Java, C#/C++,.Net, SQL, UiPath RPA, JavaScript, PowerShell.
- SharePoint and.NET development experience.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Experience with and knowledge of machine learning libraries/packages, RPA and AI tools.
- Proven grasp on machine learning fundamentals,
- Passion for learning new skills, process automation, machine learning, software design and development.
- To provide training and follow-up support to end users.
- Experience in data mining (SQL, ETL, data warehouse, data mart modelling) and building visual BI analytics for medium to large size organization.
- Hands on experience with AI technology and tools.
- Experience in data mining and information management, especially in Big Data.
- Prior experience with Robotic Process Automation a plus.
- Extensive data analysis, mapping, identify data discrepancies and data quality issues; Ensure data consistency and integrity.
- To proactively advise on automation opportunities and recommendations.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Approachable, positive demeanor with a hands-on and team-oriented work style. Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus.
- Business Intelligence tools such as TABLEAU, Business Object, Microsoft SharePoint or Crystal Report an asset.
- Ability to understand complex systems and processes and communicate in simple terms to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to strategize, plan and implement change.
- Proven critical thinking, investigation and problem solving skills. Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions.
- Demonstrates a strong business focus and is customer service driven with a dedication to continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow to ensure deadlines are met. Able to adapt to shifting priorities and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to take ownership in difficult situations and relentlessly pursue resolution.
