Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated **Project Manager - Water and Wastewater** to join the Water Business Unit in the Mississauga or Markham, ON location.

As the Project Manager - Wastewater who will lead design teams in the design of large and small municipal wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations. The project manager will provide excellent leadership to the small
- and large-scale projects ensuring that compliance with Hatch's quality and project governance. It is key to have extensive knowledge of wastewater treatment and process background.
- Support growing wastewater business through supporting the pursuits and proposals.
- Proactive collaboration with key Water Business Unit leaders and operations managers in offices across the company in the development, implementation of the projects and allocation of resources.
- Work directly with senior engineers and technical teams in leading the execution of various ongoing projects.
- Manage projects with direct communication with clients, sub consultants, and contractors.
- Project participation through active involvement in wastewater project work including consulting assignments, management and peer review, as appropriate.
You bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years in multi-discipline wastewater treatment projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation considered an asset.
- Registered as Professional Engineer with PEO or eligible to obtain is required.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in project management experience as well as developing drawings and specifications for the areas of process mechanical, process and instrumentation diagrams, equipment selection, site plans and general arrangement drawings, etc.
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
