**JOB** SUMMARY**: The Reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Director of Computer Services. The purpose of this position is to maintain technical support and coordination for the staff of Six Nations of the Grand River Elected Council.

The role will provide technical across a wide range of hardware and software systems assistance to the staff of the Six Nations of the Grand River Elected Council, related to the hardware and software of the Six Nations Computer Services Department; while working within the policies and procedures established by Six Nations of the Grand River Elected Council.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma\Experience in Networking, Information Systems or IT Support
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in difficult situations
- A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware and software.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and team-working skills.
- An openness to learning new technologies.
- Experience with a Computer Information system or similar database is an asset.
- Knowledge of the Six Nations of the Grand River community and culture.
