Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des ventes, le titulaire du poste sera responsable du service à la clientèle pour les clients du « Comptoir Express » en effectuant la location de matériel.

**Ta journée ressemblera à ceci**:

- Servir les clients par téléphone et en personne
- Identifier les besoins de location de la clientèle et proposer les solutions et produits appropriés
- Prendre en charge le client tout au long du processus de location
- Effectuer le retour de location
- Offrir ou coordonner_ _de l’assistance technique et de la résolution de problèmes par téléphone
- Gérer les situations problématiques de 1er niveau
- Faire la promotion de tous les produits et services offerts par l'entreprise.

**Ton profil**
- DEC ou DEP dans le domaine de l’audiovisuel ou toute expérience jugée pertinente
- Un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le service à la clientèle, la vente de produits spécialisés en sonorisation, de l’éclairage, de la vidéo, gréage, etc. et/ou dans un atelier
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, parlé et écrit.

Under the responsibility of the Sales Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the customer service for the clients of the "Express Counter" by taking care of the equipment rental.

**Your day will look like this**:

- Serve clients on the phone and in person
- Identify the clients’ rental needs and propose solutions and appropriate products
- Take care of the client through the rental process
- Handle rental return
- Carry out used equipment sales
- Offer technical assistance and problem solving by phone
- Manage 1st-level problems situations
- Promote all products and services offered by the company.

**Your profile**:

- DEC or DEP in the audiovisual field or any relevant experience
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, sales of specialized products in audio, lighting, video, rigging, or shop.
- Mastery of both offficial langues (verbally and written).
