About the Position:
As we expand our operation, we are offering a full time position for someone to assist us in making jewelry for our online orders and wholesale accounts. You would primarily be involved in producing necklaces, earrings, and bracelets in our downtown Owen Sound studio with Alanna and other part time staff. We do a lot of custom hand stamped engravings, and would love someone who is interested in assisting in engraving custom jewelry for online orders.

We would train you on everything you need to know, but prior knowledge of jewelry making is an asset. We are ideally looking for someone who wants a part time position for the foreseeable future, and would be available as soon as possible to begin training before the holiday rush.

About You

Dexterity and strong eye sight is a must

Comfortable with dogs (there are two friendly dogs in the studio with us most days)

Assets:
Creative & interested in jewelry creation

Familiarity with online retail platforms

Experience supporting social media & communications for businesses

Experience working in small business contexts

If you were selected for this position, we would provide paid training in our Owen Sound

studio.

Hours: Approx. 25-35 hours/week. Must be available to work standard 9-5pm weekdays

(though hours may be negotiable).

Compensation: $17.20/hour
