Aquatics Cashier

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Under the supervision of the Aquatic Supervisor/designate, the Aquatics Cashier performs cashier duties, administrative help, assistance in emergencies, and custodial work supporting staff and all users of a public swimming facility. The position follows the established Kinsmen Aquatic Centre (KAC) policies and procedures to provide a safe, clean, fun environment while adhering to its vision, mission and values.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the completion of pool statistics as assigned; records user statistics accurately and constantly
- Printing & photocopying materials
- Preparing assigned documents
- Basic registrations, memberships, and rentals
- Basic cashiering duties

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- At least 14 years of age
- Intermediate First Aid, CPR, AED
- WHMIS
- Proficiency with computer programs
- Bronze medallion and Bronze Cross (an asset)

**Salary Range**: $17.04 - $18.74 per hour depending upon experience.
