Supplement Advisor

The Supplement Advisor role is the foundation of our store experience. Your daily commitment to the below job criteria creates and upholds the standard of how customers view our brand and business. We rely on YOU to make Supplement King a welcoming and goal-oriented environment that is a safe and inclusive space for all customers.

The Supplement Advisor responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:
**Brand Fundamentals**
- Executing the **SK Experience** and **Shop by Goal**
- Fluent with all online order types and how to use the supplementking.ca website
- Understanding and able to communicate our SK Everyday Value Programs (Free Over $300, Free Over $125, Free Over $40 and Everyday Mix n Match)
- Understanding and able to communicate our SK Loyalty Programs (Royalty Rewards, Elite, Military and GoodLife National Partnership)
- Understanding the SK Return Policy and Price Matching Policy

**Merchandising/Product Knowledge**
- Understand and explain the why behind our store merchandising plan
- Ensuring all price tags are up to date
- Daily completion of inventory counts, stock rotation and tracking short dated products
- Understand and can communicate the Trainee + Supplement Advisor level product knowledge

**Operational Expectations**
- Ensuring the store cleanliness is always upheld to a superior standard
- Daily use of SCOOP platform + update to date on outlined e-learning
- Attending Monthly Staff Meetings / Training
- Contributing to social media posts (as directed by the Store Manager)
- Daily use of central communication tools
- Savvy with operating the POS system / Counterpoint functions as per your role expectations

**Community Involvement**
- Always representing and upholding the Supplement King brand; both online and within the local community

**Job Type**: Part-time
