**As a video editor you'll be**:

- Working with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Taking 15-30m recordings and chopping them down to the best moments.
- Adding SFX, Music, and animations to make the video more engaging.
- Working with the team to improve viewer retention.

**Requirements**:

- A Passion for YouTube, gaming, and internet culture.
- Proficiency in Adobe products, specifically Premiere, After Effects & Photoshop.
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
- Creative mind and strong storytelling skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take and deliver constructive feedback.
- Comfortable meeting deadlines.
