**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform detailed finish carpentry work, including but not limited to cabinet installation, trim work, and molding.
- Execute caulking tasks to ensure seamless finishes and prevent moisture intrusion.
- Lay tiles with precision, ensuring proper alignment and adherence.
- Conduct construction painting to enhance the visual appeal of completed projects.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various carpentry tasks, ensuring safety and accuracy.
- Engage in concrete forming as required for specific project needs.
- Provide construction estimating for materials and labor needed for projects.
- Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment as necessary.
- Assemble furniture and fixtures according to specifications.
- Serve as a maintenance person for miscellaneous repairs and installations as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
