Shop Foreman

**Titanium Ford is hiring for a passionate automotive professional as our new Shop Foreman. We are a busy established Ford Dealership in Surrey, BC. Preference given to dealer (especially Ford specialty) experience and training.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly responsible for shop productivity, motivating technicians, and assisting where needed with different repairs
- Mentor/teach all levels of lube technicians and apprentices on how to effectively perform all job related tasks
- Monitors all apprentice techs and assists techs in managing their day
- Establishes a No Fault Found procedure
- Communicate with service advisors on the diagnosis of difficult repairs and corrective actions to cure the same
- Works with the Tower Operator to ensure jobs are completed as per promised times
- During the day follow up on all repairs
- On all comebacks, he/she will investigate the reason and ensures a proper procedure is established (if needed)
- Ensure Service Advisors are kept informed of delays in repairs, and completions.

**Requirements**:

- Achieving high standards
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Ford Mastertech preferred
- Red Seal Technician
- BC Driver's License
- Ford Dealer: 1 year (preferred)
- Dealership Experience: 3 years (preferred)

**Wage**:

- Dependent on experience; $100,000 + per year
