Ft Marshaller

Assist customers with requested services such as fuel, catering, hangar space, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc.
- Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints regarding the Company’s services or products.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures related to customer service standards, ramp, safety and security procedures.
- Bill customers for services rendered.
- Set up new accounts; maintain records and reports and other clerical duties.
- Maintain and stock information, materials and amenities in the customer service areas.
- Transport customers by shuttle van to and from airport terminal and local hotels.
- Lead in, park and chock arriving aircraft and marshal out departing aircraft.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading baggage.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Arriving Aircraft: Marshalled in. Chocked and Carpet to be placed at door. Met with Canpass phone. Rental cars brought out. Obtain pilots requirements (fuel, departure time and confirm with pilots that brakes are off. Discard any trash.

Departing Aircraft: Carpet is placed at door. Coffee is made and in thermos. All catering, coffee, ice and newspapers brought to aircraft. Assist with light baggage.

Refueling of ground equipment, GPU's, tractors and courtesy van. Assure ramp is tidy.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Must possess a valid state driver’s license*. Previous customer service experience preferred.
