**Job Summary**:
Develops, implements, and monitors company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations. Maintains safety equipment inventory, performs periodic safety inspections, monitors hazardous waste removal vendors, and may assist in consolidating hazardous wastes. Conducts emergency response and hazardous material handling. Monitors environmental compliance and maintains liaison with appropriate regulatory agencies. Recommends corrective action where environmental health and safety hazards exist. Includes ergonomic compliance-related activities. Monitors industrial health compliance.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support, implement and maintain the Rockwell Automation environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as Rockwell Automation polices and procedures (as defined by 900 manual).
- Provide technical support to the facility on health, safety, environmental and ergonomic improvements, and initiatives.
- Facilitate various teams and working groups to improve and maintain EHS.
- Develop and deliver various EHS training content as required in numerous formats (eg. Classroom, online etc.).
- Define and maintain the EHS training matrix. Provide and track necessary training.
- Support the investigation of injury and illnesses; analyze work related injury and illness data to identify and implement actions to prevent a reoccurrence of the injury/illness.
- Complete heath and safety assessments on personal protective equipment, machine guarding, LOTO, and chemicals.
- Preparation, facilitation, and participation of compliance audit programs (internal and external).
- Arrange hazardous waste disposal shipments, and waste audits.
- Ensure Rockwell Automation meets environmental compliance.
- Demonstrate the following competencies: time management, organizational, problem-solving, decision making, self-starter, and excellent communication skills.
- Other duties as required.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
- Legal authorization to work in the country of the role. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- 3 years of Health, Safety and Environmental experience in a mid to large manufacturing company certified to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 or equivalent SMS, EMS.
- Excellent knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Acts for Industrial establishments
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- CRSP designation recommended
