**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Working with a team of experienced retail professionals to support our clients and partners through a store renovation in **Wallaceburg, ON. **MCA offers unique work while allowing you to gain valuable experience. This position also comes with a great opportunity to join new and exciting projects throughout the year.

**WAGE**: $20/hr

**HOURS**: Full-Time (40 Hours per week)

**SHIFTS**: 11:00PM to 7:00AM

**Start Date**: ASAP to June 30th 2023

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Operating as a cohesive unit led by our Team Leads, our Merchandising Team and Fixture Installation team will work closely together throughout the duration of the project.

Merchandising
- Reset sections of the store to planograms
- Building endcaps and retail displays
- Installing new price tags and signage

Fixture Building
- Safely receive and unload retail store fixture shipments
- Deconstruct, move and build/place retail store fixtures
- Utilization of hand and construction tools

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
You are reliable, turning up each night and working safely alongside the team to deliver quality work. You are fun to be around, self-motivated and take pride in your work. You communicate with the Team Lead, bringing issues and possible solutions to their attention. A successful team member is always organized and maintains a professional and calm demeanor.

Our Ideal Merchandiser:

- At least one year of merchandising and planogram experience is essential
- Experience working in a grocery or drug store environment is preferred
- Previous experience working with planograms in a big box store is a definite asset

Our Ideal Fixture Builder:

- At least one year experience building fixtures in a big box retailer is an asset
- Previous experience with a variety of hand and construction tools is essential
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 40lbs, as well as capable of standing, bending, reaching, and lifting continuously for long periods of time
